The CFA Society Australia Mentoring Program offered ambitious CFA Society members to connect and learn from senior industry professionals in a 6-month development program.
The program provided successful applicants with tools, resources and guidance to convert ‘casual chats’ into powerful conversations. The personalised, structured program, facilitated virtually and in association with MentorKey, adapted to the specific needs of the individual users, building impactful relationships.
Mentees were matched 1:1 with mentors based on key interests and career aspiration alignment. Mentees were guided to confidently steer discussions on topics such as their aspirations, overcoming challenges, and boldly pursuing and achieving their career development and goals. The platform equipped mentees to prepare and drive the agenda for their one-to-one mentoring sessions, and to maintain momentum while tracking progress in the online portal.
Mentors were provided with the right frameworks and tools to help deliver on their mentee’s aspirations, development needs and goals.
