Culture Statement

At CFA Society Australia, board, staff and volunteers unite as one team, driven by a shared purpose and dedication to our mission. We embrace the diversity of talents, experiences and perspectives of all groups to achieve our business goals collectively. Together, we live and breathe a culture of accountability, ambition, collaboration, empowerment, engagement, respect, where everyone is valued and encouraged to contribute their unique skills and interests. By working together, we play important roles in realising our mission for the ultimate benefit of our society.

Our Four Values

Trust

Trust is receiving and giving confidence and reliance within our team, empowering decision-making, delegating, and taking ownership of tasks.

Respect

Respect is our shared method of interaction. Respecting others the way we want to be respected.

Inclusion

Inclusion is appreciating different perspectives without imposing conformity. Collaboration is our foundation for diversity.

Ambition

Ambition is being intrinsically and extrinsically motivated to evolve and exceed expectations as individuals, team and community.
