2024 International Women's Day
2024 International Women's Day

2024 International Women’s Day
With the right mindset, anything is possible

The CFA Society Australia International Women’s Day event is one of the most visible events celebrating women in finance and investment.

International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. International Women’s Day is all about unity, celebration, reflection, advocacy and action – whatever that looks like globally at a local level.

In March 2024, CFA Society Australia hosted a gala networking event series with keynote speaker, Turia Pitt.

Turia, an athlete, author and mum. Surviving burns to 65% of her body during an ultramarathon, Turia is living proof that with the right mindset, anything is possible.

The presentation was held in person in Melbourne on Wednesday, 6 March and in Sydney on Friday, 8 March.  Turia’s presentation was broadcast live from Sydney to Perth and Brisbane.

Turia’s story has resonated with millions of people around the globe, and she loves helping people get happier, more confident and more… whatever you want to be more of!
