International Women’s Day (IWD) is a global celebration of women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements. It also marks a call-to-action to accelerate gender equality and parity. IWD is about unity, reflection, advocacy, and action – both globally and locally.

Hundreds came together in Melbourne to celebrate IWD2025 with keynote speaker Jelena Dokic. A former world number 4 tennis player, Jelena is a living testament to resilience, triumph, and the unyielding spirit of a true champion. Her journey on the court has been nothing short of awe-inspiring, marked by monumental victories and a fearless determination that defies all odds.
